Lentils Burgers

I love love love burgers!

Quick and simple exactly what you need when you busy!

In total 50 mins

Cooking time: 40 mins 180 degree.

Prep: 10 mins


- 1/2 of green lentils can 400gr

- 1 grated carrot

- 1/4 onions

- 1 glove of garlic

- spices ie: chilli, BBQ spices..

- 1/2 of cup of flour

- 1 tbsp of oil


First, preheat the oven at 180 degree.

Then in a blender add lentils and carrot pulse few times, I prefer when you still have few bits of lentils and carrots.

Secondly, in a bowl, add flour and spices, mix everything with your hands, add oil and mix again.

Take a few amount of the dough-like in the palm of your hands and shape it in a burgers.

Finally, put the burgers on to a silicon mat bake for 20 minutes approximately then turn it over and cook for a further 20 minutes.

side dish sweet potatoes sprinkles with sumac and salad with chilli coconut sauce.
