Who is YogaMeBalance?

I am a little French yogini based between London and Carcassonne. In march 2017, I achieved my 200RTP yoga teacher training; to deepen my yoga practice and knowledge I undertook CPD in pre and post natal yoga, planning with chakra and Ayurvedic diet. In November 2017, I undertook my Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

My love for cooking and healthy eating has led me to unroll for Nutritional therapist diploma with Health Science Academy and Plant-based chef and wellbeing leader with Wild Food Cafe. I have always cooked, I can hear my ex housemate telling me: "I can see you owning a healthy café". Funny thing, is this is still on the back of my mind.!

I was a vegetarian for a longtime, I have slowly and naturally shift to vegan around 2015. I have a profound love for cooking and plant-based cooking, I am so amazed how spices, exotic foods, sprouts, legumes and vegetables can create beautiful food for the soul and the body.

I lived in London for nearly two decades among different jobs the one I have close to my heart is teaching in special needs schools, the feeling of teaching those special people was priceless, They are truly special inside out because they have taught me more than I taught them!

Whilst working in my last school I had the opportunity to participate in a mindfulness course which was the catalyst in starting my Teacher Yoga Training. I certified as yoga teacher  in March 2017 and in July 2017 I decided to start a new career, I went back to my roots to think over my new projects. I was in France for one year, but things did not turned out the way I hoped for.

It was the year I needed to go back to France to spend time with my dad before it passed away. I thought I could managed everything but it did not happen. So I decided to let go of fear, I decided not to fell like a failure because my plan did not go ahead.

Few months after I decided to go back to London and started new diploma courses that I am doing in my own pace, aromatherapy, holistic skin care, Indian head massage, reflexology and naturopathy.

I want to use all this new skills and share it with people I will meet on my path.

Learning from others is a beautiful gift that I cherished. I am grateful for this opportunity in learning and grow into a better human being toward others, toward my surrounding and myself .

Sound Healing

Septembre-Octobre 2018

London,Sound Energy Medicine

Sound has a powerful effect on the consciousness; the Tibetan singing bowls produce a unique sound and vibration that has a specific impact on the body, the deep tissus, emotions, mind and spirit.

Each of the Tibetan singing bowl has a unique sound and vibrate in a very singular way.

Since our body being an average of 70% it is the perfect transmitter of vibration. The bowls vibrate at the perfect frequency , they create such an harmony that the body can tune with it.

The vibration can bring us to a state close to Theta brainwave state (…) thus bring us to a relaxation response affecting the entire nervous system and immune system. It settles the mind and bring us to a state of calmness. It reduces anxiety and

The seven Tibetan singing bowls are placed in strategic position around you for the 7 Chakras Balance or the 5 Elements Balance session. With a specific rhythmic order the Tibetan bowls are stroked to produce and unique vibration that you can feel throughout out your body.

In the sound Energy Massage one Tibetan bowl is used to perform a massage on the specific point on your body.

Since, the Tibetan bowl is placed along the body on organs and muscles the vibration are amplified thus the healing potential increased.

The Sound Energy Medicine demonstrate good result in more serious and chronic health problem namely: Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Parkinson, Alzheimer’s and also cancer.
